SUMMARY
I am using weatheroffice.gc.ca as my weather provider. Under the "7 Days"
forecast, I can sometimes see that the forecast temperature is not shown (i.e.,
there is an icon for the forecast and directly under it is the precipitation
forecast). Other days show the weather icon, temperature, and precipitation
forecast)
I believe this is caused by a forecast high or low of "zero"
I am currently seeing this under Wednesday's upcoming forecast. The
weatheroffice.gc.ca RSS feed is providing the following rss data. Note the
"High zero".
