SUMMARY
If the user has several Untitled documents open in Kwrite, all the windows say
"Untitled - Kwrite". This makes it very confusing and hard to find the correct
document.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1) Open several Kwrite windows.
OBSERVED RESULT
After opening several Kwrite windows, they all say "Untitled - Kwrite". Try to
find which document you want after several days is a pain.
EXPECTED RESULT
1) The user should be able to right click on an Untitled tab and rename to
whatever temporary name, and this should also change the window name.
2) When the user wants to save the temporary document, the temporary name
should be pre-filled in the save dialog.
