STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run plasma-discover

OBSERVED RESULT
If some repositories do not respond, you will constantly see the hanging
“Fetching updates...” screen every time you start Discover, even after the apt
timeout.

Hanging “Fetching updates...” screen
