I'm not able to reproduce this in Dolphin built from git-master or 25.08.3. There are also no other reports about this. This sounds like it might be a system configuration issue. Are you able to reproduce this with a brand new user? If not, it may be a setting or cached value in your regular user that's interfering. If you can reproduce with a new user, try running dolphin from command line and see if there's any helpful output.
