When I drag and drop txt, webm, pdf or jpg files from one Dolphin pane into another with a webdav folder in Dolphin, I'm asked if I want to move, copy, or link Dragging a file from Gwenview also brings up that context menu. Copying a file to the webdav share completes. Since you can also drag between Dolphin folders into the webdav share, it's not your webdav setup causing issues.
