I'm afraid the problem is in the proprietary NVIDIA drivers. You may be able to
manually fix it by following the instructions at
https://community.kde.org/Distributions/Packaging_Recommendations#Proprietary_NVidia_driver_configuration.

If you've already done those steps, or they don't fix it, then it't just an
NVIDIA issue.  In that case, please report this issue to the NVIDIA folks,
either by sending an email to [email protected] or making a post at
https://forums.developer.nvidia.com/c/gpu-graphics/linux. It would be helpful
to the NVIDIA developers if you could run nvidia-`bug-report.sh` and attach the
resulting file in your report. Thanks!
