I left only one of ews type. Then korganizer worked. I tried to re-add the calendars again, but had the same issue again after having added one calendar more, no matter of which type (ical-File, ical-folder, google account). Then I went back to an old snapper snapshot from 2.12., here I could re-add the calendars (closing korganizer after each one added, then run fsck + vacuum, then start korganizer and add the next calendar) and all worked fine again.
