I can. Looks as garbled as on my own bug report.

Plasma 6.5.4
System Monitor - latest git as of now
2560x1440 @ 150% scale

The blurriness of the text makes it look like it was raster-rendered at a lower
size (the 100%) and then it was crudely upscaled from that low resolution
graphic to match the 150% scale factor.

Which also can explain why the "Configurar columnas" text in my screenshot
looks like it was cut at top and bottom, because the actual rendering area
might still be taking the area of that 100% resolution graphic but still tries
hard to fit on the higher scale factor.

Though all of these hypotheses don't explain at all why the characters of the
table column and the borders are misaligned. Look at the "Memoria, Descarga and
Envío" columns and zoom in to see it more closely.
