STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Set a non 16:9 image as wallpaper of your 16:9 monitor.
OBSERVED RESULT
The wallpaper is zoomed in the center.
EXPECTED RESULT
Allow the user to select which part of the image will be shown in the
wallpaper.
