STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Not sure when the bug occurs, but I suspect it's a dual monitor setup issue.
When it moves to the center it refuses to go on the top of the screen until
logout/login.
OBSERVED RESULT
KRunner starts in the middle of the screen, instead of top of the screen, even
taught the option 'top' is selected.
EXPECTED RESULT
To show at the top of the screen when this option is selected.
