SUMMARY
Without MDNS discovery phone can't see device which connected to its Wi-Fi
hotspot.
(in other words : android which acts as Wifi hostpot cant see devices
conneected to its network)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start wifi hostpot on Android phone
2. Connect Desktop to it
3. *Devices cant see each other*
4. Enable MDNS Discovery, update devices list - devices see easch other
