SUMMARY
I would have liked to attach a video, but screen recording with spectacle is
broken due to https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=512429
I have a single large 4K monitor, so this is not a multi-monitor related bug.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install KDE Linux
2. Install VSCodium from Discover
3. Maximise VSCodium
OBSERVED RESULT
The window teleports to the bottom right of the screen. It then animates
smoothly to its original position in the centre of the screen. It then expands
instantly to fill the screen.
EXPECTED RESULT
The window should expand smoothly to fill the screen without teleporting about.
