SUMMARY
Splash Screen does not appear but can be previewed. Applies same for Breeze and
other community splash screens.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Preview the splash screen to validate it's correctness
2. Apply a splash screen
3. Reboot the PC
OBSERVED RESULT
No, Splash screen is observed. Same as "None"
EXPECTED RESULT
Applies splash screen
