Screenshot of the popup.

SUMMARY
When deleting an item outside my home directory (specifically on a /hdd mount,
with folders symlinked to /home, though going directly to the folders not
through the symlinks have the same issue), instead of the file getting sent to
trash on pressing Delete, a popup says that "trash is not availbale for this
item's location", and I can only permadelete the file.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a folder outside the home directory
2. Try to send a file to trash

OBSERVED RESULT
Popup explained above.

EXPECTED RESULT
Item sent to trash.
