SUMMARY
When scrolling by display touch, the minimal amount to scroll is an entire
paragraph (\n to \n). This means it's not possible to see some text if a
paragraph is longer than a screen.
Touchpad scrolling scrolls by (wrapped) line.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Find a text file with 1000 characters between explicit line breaks
2. Drag text to scroll
OBSERVED RESULT
Scrolling jumps paragraph by paragraph, very much not smooth.
EXPECTED RESULT
Same behaviour as when touchpad scrolling.
