SUMMARY
Attempting to input a ratio of 1 using the Ellipse Tool will make the
application zoom to 100%
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select the Ellipse tool
2. Select "Tool Options" on the right side of the screen
3. Try to input "1.00" as the ratio for the Ellipse tool
OBSERVED RESULT
The ratio will be set to 1 but the application will zoom the image to 100%.
EXPECTED RESULT
The ratio should just set to 1.00.
