STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. In systemsettings - Accessibility, enable "Color Blindness".
2. Enable "Invert".
3. Press Meta+Ctrl+I
OBSERVED RESULT
Plasma panel is inverted, but app windows are not, until I move the mouse for a
few seconds, then all are inverted.
EXPECTED RESULT
Everything inverted at the keypress.
