Offset issues are often caused by driver issues, especially when using multiple
screens. You can try to switch between windows ink and wintab in Krita's
settings (needs restart) to select a different driver type, or reset the
driver's settings. But this isn't something we can fix in Krita, since Krita
doesn't contain any tablet specific code and just makes use of what the OS,
driver and Qt give us. (This is also the case if other pressure-sensitive
applications do not show the offset, since drivers keep per-application
settings profiles.)
