no grid displayed even though option selected in configuration.

SUMMARY

When integrated in a panel, the grid for line diagrams is not always displayed.
Nor the legend.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a floating panel at the bottom left of the screen
2. Add several system monitor sensors :
    - CPU load (as line diagram)
    - Memory usage (as sector)
    - Network bandwidth usage (as line diagram)
    - Discs usage (as horizontal bars)
3. Select "Display legend" and "Display grid" (where applicable) from the
sensors preferences

OBSERVED RESULT
No grid/legend is displayed (however legend is displayed *partially* with
tooltips -- not with horizontal bars).
Important note : tweaking with several sensors instances crashes plasma...

EXPECTED RESULT
Grid and legend should be displayed.
