The idea is to have in the dolphin settings an option to add there strings
(regex if possible) and if the filename has one of the string, the file was
"highlighted" within the dolphin view.
for example you want to highlight:
- signed files (so if the filename contain sign, than the file will be
highlighted in the views)
- company specific filenames
- or main.py so you find it faster
default there was no string in the setting, but the user can use the setting.
highlight option can be different color or bold, ... can be discussed if
someone likes the idea.
