* Add an option to pick a screen color on launch.
* Add a global shortcut to start the pick a screen color action.
* Automatically copy the picked screen color to clipboard.

1. Observe that there are no settings or options for this.
EXPECTED RESULT
1. There should be options and shortcuts for this.
