on the linux versions of kate print settings like
- headers
- footers
- font
- size
- margins
are accessible via the file-> print dialog.
on windows kate uses the default windows print dialog though. the settings are
therefore not accessible via gui.
they do work actually but one has to manually edit the "katerc" file.
