kf5-libkleo.x86_64 16.08.3-1.fc25.1
which break kwallet subsystem.
Starting kcmshell5 kwalletconfig5 and launching the wallet manager just gives
an empty window (just decoration with empty client area). Moreover, any saved
information in wallet is not accessible (e.g.. wlan passwords)
Returning to previous versions (16.08.3-2.fc25, 16.08.3-1.fc25) fixes the
problem
