This is an infrastructure issue and does not relate to the software on the
end-user system so testing with an updated system is not needed.

This issue crops up from time to time and is usually caused by network
instability. Retrying usually results in it working fine (there is nothing
wrong on the server side, the error message simply means that we did not
receive the full file upload).
