SUMMARY
Documents keep opening in separate windows instead of tabs in the existing
window.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Uncheck the "Open each document in its own window" option.
2. Open a document.
3. Open another document.
OBSERVED RESULT
Newly opened documents don't appear as tabs in the existing window but in their
own windows.
EXPECTED RESULT
Newly opened documents should appear as tabs in the existing window.
