Summary: Connected and Visible Networks swapped (iwd)

screenshot of how it is shown.

SUMMARY
Currently all the time, wifi networks are displayed swapped.
- visible but not connected wifi networks are displayed as connected, all have
the same up- and download-speeds.
- actually connected wifi networks are displayed as not connected
-> clicking on "connect" gives this warning

Private connection already active on the device: uid 1002 has no permission to
perform this operation

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. use iwd instead of networkmanager
2. not sure which other steps

OBSERVED RESULT
see screenshot. VPN networks and wired connections are displayed correctly, but
the wifis are not.

nmcli shows the networks correctly, which is why I assume there is a regression
on this side.

I saw up to 4 visible networks as "connected", while other also visible
networks were not shown as connected. I am pretty certain that networks with a
login are displayed as connected, while connected networks are shown as not
connected.

But the speed stats are taken from the network speeds of the actually connected
network.

This is also purely cosmetic (but a big UX issue), networking works very well
over hours.

EXPECTED RESULT
normal behavior
