STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Region & Language KCM
2. click on "Modify..." button of "Data and Storage Sizes" setting
3. choose "Metric system (SI)" option
4. apply the change
5. reboot
6. log in
7. open Dolphin
8. observe the capacity of your storage devices in the left side, under
"Devices" and "Removable devices" sections
OBSERVED RESULT
as we can see in the attached screenshot, device capacity is not reported using
the metric system chosen in the provide steps
EXPECTED RESULT
device capacity should be reported in the metric system chosen in the provided
steps
