SUMMARY
Different KDE Connect version detects phones but won't detect other computers
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. I have an old KDE Connect desktop version of 23.08.5 and a new one 25.08.1
2. The new one run on KDE 6.4.5(Wayland) and the old one on 5.27.12(x11)
3. They can not detect each other, I believe it may related to certain openssh
certification problem.
4. This happened exactly after the recent update of KDE, before that it runs
smoothly.
