After setting desktop icons align right and a reboot or a fresh startup, icons
remain left align untill you try to click on one. After clicking on one of the
icons, they align right.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Icons -> Align -> Right.
2.Reboot.
3.But icons will be left aligned untill you try to click on one.
Actual Results:
Icons align left until you click on any of the icons.
Expected Results:
Icons should align right.
