SUMMARY
I'm not sure which packages caused this issue, but when i play bluetooth audio
through my speaker or headphone using the SBC, SBC-XQ, aptX, and aptX HD
codecs, the audio isn't always crisp and at times gets very choppy for multiple
seconds. Not sure exactly when this happened, but likely within the last month.
I tested the speaker and headphones on the USB live sessions of kubuntu
24.04.3, kubuntu 25.10, and KDE Neon user-20250904 and this behavior didn't
appear. I then tested the KDE Neon user-20251225-1320 live session and it does
happen there.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Turn on bluetooth
2. Connect speaker or headphone to bluetooth
3. Play a video or audio
OBSERVED RESULT
Audio is crisp at some points and choppy at others
EXPECTED RESULT
Audio is crisp all the time

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I attempted to downgrade packages to test what might fix the issue and have
include below each downgrade attempt copied from the apt log file. After each
attempt i restarted and none of these fixed the issue.
