the app view, you see the buttons are in german, the rest in english
SUMMARY
the UI has a mix of english and german.
system language is us-gb. downloaded package and parts of the ui are in german.
also, i have no button to set the language.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. download and install.
2. start.
3. be puzzled.
OBSERVED RESULT
mix of languages, in my case german and english
EXPECTED RESULT
only english

macOS: 15.7.3
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
no, it does not matter where i download it from.
as you can see it's a wild mix.
