--- Comment #5 from Alexander <[email protected]> ---
Sorry, I can't show more on a picture (confident mailbox), but I can tell you
more:

In »my« kmail there are three columns: left column with the list of the
different mailboxes, middle column list of the emails of the currently selected
mailbox, right column preview of the currently selected email.

```
-------------------------------------------------
| mailboxes   |  emails           |  preview     |
|             |                   |              |
|             |                   |              |
|             |                   |              |
|             |                   |              |
|             |                   |              |
|             |                   |              |
-------------------------------------------------
```

So the horizontal space for column 1 is tight.

The name of this mailbox has 25 letters -- rather broad. Then kmail displays a
warning sign right before the name of the mailbox in case the quota is critical
(the sign is really helpful!). A long hint like "xy% des Speicherkontingents
erreicht" is less useful than a shorter one. e.g. »Speicher zu yx% voll«. But
just my 2 cents. Thank you for your time and effort!
