Error notification after attempting to launch Dolphine. Happens with almost all
other programs too.
When I turn on my laptop, it works just fine. But then randomly, most of the
programs stop working. Including system apps like Discover, Konsole, and even
settings. When I try to launch a program, I get an error notification that the
service was not found (See attachment). I thought it had to do with my laptop
going to sleep or when locking the screen, but I recently found out that it can
happen even if my screen's awake.
Note that this issue also prevents me from shutting down or restarting the
laptop using the application launcher. I have to press and hold the power
button to force-shutdown the laptop and then turn it back on.
SUMMARY
Programs don't launch after a few minutes of using the laptop and I get this
error notification
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Turn on laptop
2. Use laptop regularly
3. Apps suddenly no longer work and an error notification appears.
OBSERVED RESULT
Programs don't launch and an error message appears.

Apps launching as expected.
