Current behaviour: Adding a new desktop produces a desktop "n+1" where n is the
original number of desktops. All existing desktops retain their current
numbering.
Deleting a desktop deletes desktop 1, and moves all windows from it onto
desktop 2, instead of deleting desktop "n+1" and adding all its windows to
desktop "n".
Expected behaviour: Add desktop, followed by remove desktop should remove the
most recently added desktop and place its windows on the last remaining
desktop, or ask for a specific desktop to be removed and also ask which desktop
to which windows on the deleted dekstop should be placed.
