SUMMARY
This is about applying a global theme saved previously, the panel size is not
saved or applied.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
I created a global theme with a top panel and its size is 32 px. I saved it as
a global theme
I applied "breeze" global theme, then applied again my saved theme.
The panel is on top of the screen but with a size of 46px.
Archlinux - plasma 6.5.90
OBSERVED RESULT
panel position is top of screen
panel size is 46 px
EXPECTED RESULT
panel position is top screen
panel size is 32 px
