A screenshot from the Users KCM
SUMMARY
The border that's applied on Kirigami.AvatarButton and is visible with dark
themes and darker avatars looks inconsistent in the sense that that there are
parts of the circle (at every 90 degree) the border does not fill, producing a
non-uniform looking border. Looking at the code, it seems to be a component
issue.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use a dark color scheme
2. Select an avatar photo that's darker, e.g. the rocket
OBSERVED RESULT
Looking at the avatar in either the Users KCM or in Kickoff shows an uneven
looking border.
EXPECTED RESULT
An even looking border.
