Add control of an individual's scaling in Window Rules and KWin Script
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
There are a lot of cases where applications work better with no scaling, so for
these type of applications with window rules or kwin script a "scale-to-1" can
be applied. Now the workarounds are changing the global scaling back to 1
everytime or making the application use Xwayland, which are not ideal.
