         Component: Panel

  Target Milestone: 1.0

SUMMARY

There seems to be a big issue in trying to consistently drag-and-drop files and
folders, either from any of the internal KDE services (Spectacle, Dolphin) or
external apps, when attempting between different virtual desktops. I have the
Virtual Desktop widget on my main panel (currently with Panel Colorizer but
I've tested this without, with same results). It on occasion works as expected
but is never consistent; on a fresh restart it would try to make the screenshot
from Spectacle (or any other item dragged-and-dropped) as a widget on the
Panel.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Take a screenshot with Spectacle on Virtual Desktop #1
2. Drag the screenshot from Spectacle's front page to Dolphin on Virtual
Desktop #2

OBSERVED RESULT

Panel would "move the Virtual Desktop out of the way" to add the dragged file
as a widget

EXPECTED RESULT

Panel would stay put and load in the chosen Virtual Desktop so it can be
dropped to where it needs to go.
