SUMMARY
I vaguely remember this didn't happen in 6.5.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open two Dolphin windows side by side.
2. Click on Window #1.
3. Click on Window #2.
OBSERVED RESULT
The top area flickers for an instant when switching active/inactive colors.
Unsure whether the problem is in the title bar or the toolbar.
EXPECTED RESULT
No flicker.
