device shows in android.
SUMMARY
When set the device name in kde connect on microsoft windows, such as Chinese,
it can be shown in windows as usual, but in android it will shows like garbled
characters. It seems using ISO8859-1 decode a UTF-8 encoded Chinese character.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set Windows device name to something chinese in kde connect
2. Windows device name will show garbled characters on Andriod

device name shows garbled characters
EXPECTED RESULT
shows like it been set in windows

attachment is the screenshot of android side. Windows side device name had been
set to "洛初 的 笔记本电脑"
