SUMMARY
A Plasma panel which floats, at the bottom of the screen, defloats when a
maximised window shrinks upwards to avoid the keyboard, despite the keyboard
touching the bottom of the screen where the panel is.
The keyboard is positioned where the panel would be when defloated, so the
panel ends up going slightly under the keyboard.
Potentially due to panel defloating behaviour, assuming the keyboard uses
layershell?
