Pushed by ahiemstra into branch 'Plasma/6.6'. processcore: Add "dbus" as a valid prefix for cgroup app ID matching Apparently dbus will launch applications into cgroups named like "dbus-:1.0-appId". While not technically a valid cgroup name, if we add "dbus" as valid prefix, we can parse it like one and get the application ID out of it.
