I am still seeing it in KDE Plasma 6.5.4 and Kernel 6.18.4-1 on Manjaro.
Granted not Plasma 6.5.5, which as far as I'm aware hasn't been released for
Manjaro yet. If the wakeupsourcehelper is active, hibernate fails. Checked as
of today.
