I can confirm the issue following your steps. Tested on Win10 with 25.12.1. When I start Kdenlive in folder “C:\Users\Customer\Desktop\Cléhber\” I get an error when double click in the project bin and select a clip: “Cannot open file e:/…./test.mp4”. Drag & drop the same file to the project bin leads to the same error.
