The GPU issue remains unfixed, feel free to close this issue and I will open new one for the GPU. On atomic distros (kinoite and silverblue) type this command in terminal sudo rpm-ostree kargs --append='amdgpu.dcdebugmask=0x40000' wait till it is done and shows a message to “systemctl reboot”… Then type in terminal systemctl reboot Try now moving brightness slider in your operating system and it should work!
