I have some windows programs which I ran in wine crash like yours and my only solution was to use a different windows manager than KDE. It seems as though it has been the cause of the window manager updating itself and now that it has a few new libraries, kwin and other programs crash constantly. I am now using windows managers like enlightenment, awesome and standard gnome windows managers and I havent gotten a crash since.
