Pushed by davidedmundson into branch 'Plasma/6.6'. frontend: Support homed users The UID range for homed users is hardcoded in systemd and outside the typical definition in login.defs. Given they're hardcoded in one place it makes sense that we also hardcode the same values. Long term UsersModel can potentially become a lookup with homed API.
