[email protected] changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- CC| |[email protected] --- Comment #17 from [email protected] --- Hi I have just migrated to mariadb from sqlite and am finding this incredibly slow as well. I am running the docker version of mariadb 12.1.2-MariaDB-ubu2404 on a Synology DS1522+, Digikam 8.8.0 on Windows 11 Pro 23H2. Total of 232870 images, 19261 videos, 6833 audio in the database. CPU and Memory utilisation are very low on the NAS and don't change when I accept or ignore faces, but Volume writes go pretty high (~6MB/s) Because I am using the docker version Innodb is off, but I have set log_bin_trust_function_creators | ON max_allowed_packet | 134217728 (from https://docs.digikam.org/en/setup_application/database_settings.html#database-settings) Since the migration I have changed the setting to use exiftool 13.36 and tried turning off view -> include tab subtree as suggested in https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=473569 and below. This did not help. Any suggestions welcome! -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
