SUMMARY
After reproducing bug 515316 , an inline error message with "Report bug" button
appears.
After clicking this button, a page of bugzilla saying "Sorry, entering a bug
into the product plasma-pa has been disabled." opens.
EXPECTED RESULT
after click on "Report bug" button, the correct page of bugzilla opens, so the
user can report the experienced problem.
