SUMMARY
I believe the toggle beside "manually block sleep and screen locking" should be
on the right, not on the left.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Plasma 6.5.91
2. Click the network icon in the bottom panel

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I believe it should be on the right as thats how we read: the eyes start on the
left and follow to the right side to find the actionable element - the toggle.
Right now it doesn't feel natural. Another point is that in other platforms
(Android comes to mind), the toggle is usually on the right.
I see its quite common to have the toggle on the left throughout plasma but
also in some places its on the right (e.g. system settings -> bluetooth).
